We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Executive B2B

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive who can help expand our outreach, generate qualified leads, and support our business development efforts in a fast-paced BPO / IT environment. Lead Generation Executive with experience in B2B dialing, whitepaper campaigns, BANT , generating MQLs, SQLs, and HQLs to support business growth in a fast-paced BPO/IT environment.

Position: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Viman Nagar, PuneExperience: 6 Months – 4 YearsIndustry: BPO / ITEmployment Type: Full-Time

• Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential prospects through various channels
• Generate and qualify leads using BANT methodology
• Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling activities
• Work closely with the sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs
• Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 4 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside SalesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of B2B lead generation processesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreachSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
