Role Intent

The Lead – Dealer Health will build the dealer financial-health mechanism from scratch and establish a consistent approach to assess, benchmark and improve the profitability of the TVSM dealer network across sales and after-sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the end-to-end dealer financial-health framework, including data standards, assessment methodology, governance and review cadence.
• Create reliable dealer-level visibility and benchmarks for profitability across sales and after-sales.
• Identify focus and red-zone dealers, diagnose root causes and prioritise interventions.
• Recommend and drive system-level and policy-level actions to improve dealer health.

• An established, scalable dealer financial-health mechanism with clear ownership and governance.

Candidate Profile

A commercially astute automotive retail professional with strong financial and analytical capability, proven experience in building mechanisms and governance from scratch, and the ability to influence dealers and cross-functional stakeholders. Brings a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and converts insights into scalable interventions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution; CA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in automotive retail, dealer network operations, commercial finance, business planning or profitability improvement.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, business diagnostics, data interpretation and performance governance.
