You should have 10-12 years of hands-on experience in the Data Analytics Industry, with a successful track record of leading and delivering innovative AI solutions. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction, ensuring technical excellence, and overall success of our data science initiatives. With 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, NLP & Text Analytics and at least 3 years of experience in GenAI & LLM, you should have demonstrable expertise in leading and delivering AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of data scientists, defining and driving the strategic direction of the Gen AI practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing cutting-edge AI algorithms, and deploying scalable AI solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. You should possess a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Furthermore, you should have advanced proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages, deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques, experience with big data technologies, and expertise in model deployment and management.
