Summary : We are looking for an experienced CMS Lead to join our Marketing team and drive the creation of a sub-brand under udChalo. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 35 years of experience in content creation, blogging, and social media management. Proficient in Canva, AI GPT tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and SEO optimization. Ability to create content for Hindi-speaking audiences. Experience in Armed Forces or as a Fauji Kid is preferred. Strong leadership potential to build and grow the brand. Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Technology, Sales) to enhance the customer platform. Create and edit content for marketing channels (website, blogs, social media, email, etc.). Work with partners to optimize revenue generation for the sub-brand. Conduct research to ensure content relevance and accuracy. Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and brand guidelines. Stay current with industry trends in content writing and digital marketing. Track content performance and use data-driven insights to improve engagement. Requirements : Preference for candidates with a defense background (Retd. or Dependent). Comfortable creating content in English, Hindi, and Hinglish. Proficient with AI tools and content management systems (CMS). Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of SEO and keyword research. Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
