Lead Client Servicing Associate -L3

As a member of the Fund Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing various accounting and operational processes for our global client base. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a subject matter expert on confirmations and settlements - Confirming trades and communicating with counterparties in a timely manner - Acting as a middleman between counterparties and custodians to ensure timely settlements - Maintaining vigilance on emails related to trade confirmations To excel in this role, you should have: - General knowledge of products in the hedge fund industry - Understanding of trade workflow and adherence to turnaround times - Ability to assess exceptions and deviations and take appropriate actions - Familiarity with settlements process and effective communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Capability to handle multiple tasks independently - Willingness to work in shifts, including APAC and EMEA time zones Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, mathematics, sciences, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in Middle/Back-Office support role at Hedge Fund, Fund Administrator, or Prime Broker If you have experience working with OMGEO, CTM, or NYFIX, it will be considered an added advantage.
