We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services. This role involves collaborating with the onsite product owner and offshore development team to translate product vision into actionable tasks. Responsibilities Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand product vision and roadmap Identify product capabilities, features, and functions Define epics, stories, and success criteria Elaborate on stories, business logic, and results Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback Track feedback and ensure incorporation into the backlog Assist in incident triaging and resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for business questions and clarifications Conduct application user testing following production deployment Prepare test data for development team requirements Facilitate scrum master responsibilities Requirements 10-15 years of experience in business analysis Experience in product management within financial services Understanding of wealth management practices Proficiency in SQL for database queries Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Show more Show less
