Lead Associate - General Ledger

Shift: Night Shifts

Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle General Ledger (GL) / R2R accounting activities.
• Perform journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle Intercompany Accounting, including intercompany reconciliations, settlements, and resolution of intercompany discrepancies.
• Manage balance sheet activities and ensure accuracy of financial balances.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting and intercompany discrepancies within defined timelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of GL/R2R and Intercompany Accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for accounting-related queries and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant GL/R2R experience.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, R2R, and month-end closing.
• Hands-on experience in Intercompany Accounting and Intercompany Reconciliation is required.
• Good understanding of account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Experience in month-end/year-end close activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
