Job Description

As an Application Consultant, your role involves understanding the client's business processes, both current and future. You will be responsible for mapping these processes to the technologies in use, thereby identifying what can be achieved through standard implementation and determining the customizations or extensions required for specific needs. Your tasks may include functionally customizing applications, collaborating with developers to design enhancements, and working closely with business users to facilitate process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze client business processes and align them with technology solutions - Determine the scope for standard implementation and identify areas requiring customizations or extensions - Collaborate with application developers to design and implement enhancements - Work closely with business users to implement and facilitate process changes Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of client business processes and technology landscape - Experience in functional customization of applications - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills to engage with business users and developers In addition to the specific job role, this position offers strong client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to internal knowledge development at a global business level. You will be involved in coaching teams, supporting or leading bids, and operating at the director level within major client organizations. Your responsibilities will extend to providing functional guidance throughout the project or application life cycle, leveraging relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients to build thought leadership, and conceptualizing new offerings.,
