Detailed Job Description:

Lead AI Delivery Engineer Data Science

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project leads/managers to understand the business requirements and objectives and propose tailored predictive & agentic AI models/solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Works on end-to-end AI modeling lifecycledata contextualization, exploratory data analysis, AI/ML model development & deployment, UI integration —ensuring seamless integration with client systems and platforms.
• Ensure high standards of quality through rigorous testing, validation, and performance evaluation of AI models prior to deployment.
• Develop scripts and tools to ensure high levels of automation and scalability in model building and deployment process
• Support clients post-deployment with ongoing engagement, issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Monitor and optimize deployed AI solutions, ensuring long-term reliability and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML-based project delivery and customer success, with 3+ years in data analysis and AI model development/deployment.
• Recent experience in Generative AI and agentic AI is highly desirable
• Experience in industrial and manufacturing domain with prior successful deployments 
• Strong experience engaging and collaborating with US / European clients, demonstrating excellent communication and cultural adaptability.
• Proven ability to work with engineering, data science and product development teams on AI model development & deployment, ROI/value tracking, and change management to drive successful client outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python-based data science tools: Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Skilled with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn) and experience with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Metabase etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, quick learner, adaptable to the latest AI technologies & tools and capable of innovating at speed.
