cleanliness of the bed, quality of amenities and the location of the hotel is very good. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything is exceptional. It was very pleased with my stay.

In Le Sutra we were treated to some of the best service we've ever had in a hotel! The restaurant also had gorgeous food. There were very comfy and quiet rooms in a great area with lots of great restaurants and bars. I'd highly recommend for travellers to Mumbai!
