LC-MS Machine Operate Quality Assurance

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mass Spectrometry Specialist with expertise in LC-MS/MS. The candidate should have a specialized focus on chemicals analysis, particularly in the detection and quantification of Pesticides, Phytochemicals, Antibiotics and other Biological materials.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and other analytical instruments for the identification and quantification of complex samples.

Design and optimize analytical methods for the detection and quantification of compounds, with a strong emphasis on natural products, pesticides and biological samples.

Conduct routine analysis of samples to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Troubleshoot instrumentation and method-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments for method development and validation.

Stay abreast of advancements in mass spectrometry technologies for proteomics, lipidomics, metabolomics analysis techniques.

Generate comprehensive analytical reports and contribute to scientific publications as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
