Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Coastal Karnataka region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, expanding our dealer network, conducting in-field sales activities, and providing strategic insights through market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management Maintain and enhance relationships with existing dealers to ensure sustained business growth and foster long-term partnerships. Dealer Expansion Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers to increase market penetration and boost regional sales. Market & Competitor Analysis Regularly analyze competitor products, pricing, and market strategies to ensure our brand remains competitive and responsive to market needs. Sales Execution Conduct cold calls, field visits, and dealer meetings to generate leads and close sales, driving consistent revenue growth. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, tools, hardware, or relevant industries is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within assigned regions. Familiarity with dealer onboarding, territory planning, and product pitching.
