Role: Bridal Wear Designer Location: Surat, Gujarat Company: Lashkaraa (SKB Retail India Pvt Ltd)Role & Responsibilities:Design and develop high-end bridal wear collections, ensuring a blend of traditional aesthetics and modern trends.Create mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for bridal lehengas, sarees, gowns, and other wedding attire.Conduct trend research, fabric selection, and embroidery design to maintain uniqueness and quality.Oversee pattern making, draping, and garment construction for perfect fits and luxurious finishes.Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed as per the vision.Work closely with clients for custom bridal orders, ensuring personalized and exclusive designs.Manage and guide junior designers, artisans, and embroidery teams.Preferred Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in designing bridal wear (lehenga, sarees, gowns, etc.). Strong knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, embroidery techniques, and draping. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D. Experience in handling luxury and bespoke bridal collections. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
