The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire file sourcing process for LAP customers, utilizing digital platforms and tele-calling activities. This includes assessing loan applications, conducting property valuations, and ensuring compliance with lending criteria specific to LAP. 3. The candidate will directly coordinate with banks and corporate channel partners to facilitate the LAP processing and approval process. This involves liaising with bank officials for property valuations, title checks, and legal documentation, as well as collaborating with corporate partners for potential customer referrals. 4. The candidate will have access to the organization's database to generate leads, manage customer information, and maintain accurate records of LAP transactions and customer interactions. Effective utilization of this database is crucial for identifying potential LAP opportunities and managing customer relationships. 5. Remuneration for the candidate will be based on a revenue-sharing model determined by the company, specifically tailored to LAP disbursements, and resulting revenue.
