We’re seeking a creative designer with a sharp eye for fashion and sports graphics. You will develop compelling visuals—print, embroidery, sublimation, AOP (all‑over print), etc.—for our apparel and accessory lines. Your designs will reinforce our brand identity while appealing to sports enthusiasts and urban athletes. Conceptualize and create original graphics for sportswear (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, accessories) using digital tools and/or hand‑sketches Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure design aesthetics align with brand strategy and commercial goals Produce technical files—CAD sketches/CorelDraw, print-ready artwork, color specs, and placement guides—for manufacturing Prepare design presentations and mood-board decks for internal review and external partners Liaise with production teams and suppliers to confirm feasibility, materials, and print techniques (screen print, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer) Stay updated with emerging trends in sports fashion and incorporate them into collections Revise designs based on feedback and manage multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
