Work Location: Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad https://g.co/kgs/4EiMgu Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Landscape Manager to oversee all landscape planning, development, and maintenance activities across our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, team management, and sustainable landscape practices. You will play a key role in ensuring that all outdoor spaces are safe, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally responsible. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive landscape maintenance schedules. Supervise landscape staff and contractors to ensure timely and quality work. Oversee planting, pruning, mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control. Design and implement improvements to green spaces, including seasonal themes. Ensure proper care and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment. Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects and project managers for landscape design in new projects. Monitor budget, purchase materials, and track inventory. Handle customer/client requests related to outdoor maintenance and aesthetics. Provide regular reports on progress, issues, and recommendations to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape management or horticulture. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of native plants, soil types, and pest control methods. Ability to read landscape drawings and technical documents. Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening equipment. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling software).
