Civil Finishing Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to oversee and execute the finishing works of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes in civil and interior works, manage timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors, windows, and joinery. Ensure that all finishing activities are executed in line with project specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure seamless execution of interior finishes. Monitor day-to-day site activities and progress and report updates to project management. Prepare and follow up on snag lists and ensure timely completion of punch points. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely delivery and execution. Ensure health and safety compliance at the site during finishing operations. Manage materials planning and usage to avoid wastage and delays.
