Landmark assists business owners and investors in acquiring businesses, planning exit and succession strategies and obtaining financing for growth and acquisition. We also provide charitable organization management advisory services and fundraising for early stage ventures and philanthropic endeavors. Then we act as your private “finder” of the right deal, investor or financial resources it takes for you to accomplish your goal. Finally, we assist you in every aspect of negotiating, drafting and closing the deal to get it done. Landmark is my go to hotel in Coimbatore. Affordable and the rooms are very decent. It's safe for woman who travel solo as well. They have to check on the lift. Its not working properly. Complementary breakfast in the morning is also good. They can improve the menu.

Located near the bus stand, place is good and safe to stay with families. Room and bathroom were clean , amenities are provided, Mattress was comfortable, bed and bath linen were ok. Restaurant was average. Cooperative and helpful staff.

Good value for money hotel; only reason I give them less stars is coz they do not give you plates (normally done by many hotels) when ever you order food from a food delivery app. I found this sad when they allow food inside.
