*Job Title:* Land Surveyor (Construction)
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, verifying property boundaries, and ensuring compliance with construction plans and regulations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Land Surveying:*
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Verify survey data and ensure accuracy using the land surveying tools
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and maps
- *Construction Support:*
- Provide surveying support for construction projects, including layout and stakeout
- Ensure construction activities comply with survey data and plans
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve surveying-related issues
- *Data Analysis:*
- Analyze survey data and reports to identify potential issues
- Prepare and submit survey reports and documentation
- Utilize surveying software and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
- *Collaboration and Communication:*
- Work closely with construction teams, engineers, and architects
- Communicate survey findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure effective collaboration and coordination with project teams
*Requirements:*
- *Education:*
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- *Experience:*
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
