Rework finished cased product meeting hourly/daily targets through bag blending, opening, and removing bags from cases and blending to line or to a tote across all lines. Job Description Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning agents and their uses, understand how to mix chemicals, identify hazards and first aid procedures associated with chemicals. Clean equipment using established standard operating procedures using manual cleaning, use of high pressure hoses, ladders, air hoses and hot water units. SPECIFIC DUTIES Responsible for performing all necessary duties for a successful Cut Change. Must understand how Frozen Grading works. Responsible for adjusting equipment for optimum performance. Responsible for swapping equipment Change Parts throughout the line. Responsible for changing primary container mediums (poly, clear tite, etc.) as needed. Responsible for making sure that the correct product weight is being bagged. Responsible for checking the Bag/Case Code. Responsible for ensuring that primary and secondary containers are Food Safe.
