Diploma / B.E in mechanical engineering. NDT Level II - Certified. (preferred). To prepare hydrostatic & dimension report for final inspection. Review of daily in process report & also cross check of heat no. dimensional tolerance & specification etc. Get it done all arrangement for TPIA inspection. Get it Hydro Test/Painting stencilling as per plan. Coordinate and get it done inspection activities Confirming stamp of TPIA on product. Preparation & circulation of daily / weekly status reports and emails. To prepare NCR report if any. Monitoring & reporting of repair and rework status on a monthly basis . To preparation WTC/Check list as per specification under guidance of QC Incharge. To preparation Documentation related to ISO / API Audit under guidance of QC Incharge. Verify the calibration status.
