Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a resident Marketing Manager VFD based in Chennai & Bangalore. The Marketing Manager VFD will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote variable frequency drives (VFDs), analyzing market trends, and identifying key opportunities for business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing product positioning, conducting market research, driving customer engagement initiatives, and overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve supporting cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue targets. Qualifications BE. EEE, ECE, EIE, Diploma - EEE, ECE, EIE. Minimum 7 yrs experience in relevant Field. Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Campaign Planning Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, and SEO strategies Excellent Communication Skills, Brand Development, and Team Collaboration abilities Experience with Data Analysis, Forecasting, and Marketing Metrics Evaluation A background in engineering or technical fields, particularly related to VFDs, is a plus Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to company objectives
