Core Skills : Naked chart fluency; spotting climaxes, traps, and buyer/seller exhaustion without lagging tools. Performance Track Record : Verified charts with WR ≥50%, RR ≥1:3.5, profit factor >2.3, MDD 0.45 in bar sequences. Soft Skills : Instinctive risk restraint, patient flow observation, and focus on trend or range mastery. Hiring Process Application Screening : Resume and annotated charts with metrics (e.g., Ulcer 0.45 expectancy 4.5 and K-Ratio >1.2. Offer : Probation on PA risk fidelity.
