About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist with a strong background in business systems such as DMS and CRM. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning business needs with Zoho CRM capabilities, driving adoption, and enhancing system performance across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to document business processes and translate them into functional system requirements. Manage CRM and mobile app initiatives in coordination with the field team. Support markets and dealers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. Drive dealer productivity initiatives in line with organizational goals. Deliver regular training sessions for dealers and sales teams on effective usage of DMS/CRM systems. Provide advanced data analysis and MIS reporting using tools such as MS Excel, CRM/DMS dashboards, and reports. Ensure seamless data integration and API management through proficient use of SQL and other relevant tools.
