What You’ll Do: Plan, shoot, and edit reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, store stories, fashion films & more Work closely with our creative team to turn brand briefs into scroll-stopping visuals Operate camera, lighting, and audio gear confidently on set (store shoots, outdoor, lifestyle etc.) Own the post-production process—editing, adding transitions, music, motion graphics, and color grading Create content that feels fresh, fast, and on-trend (especially for Instagram, YouTube & Reels) Manage all footage, backups, and files like a pro Bring consistency and creativity to all brand video outputs Stay on top of content trends and bring in new techniques or styles Skills You’ll Need: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve Youtube video production and editing Bonus: Experience in After Effects or motion graphics tools Great eye for composition, lighting, framing, and movement Experience in color correction, audio editing & sound design Confidence to shoot independently and manage end-to-end production A strong portfolio that shows your range (fashion/lifestyle preferred) Ability to manage multiple edits on tight timelines Self-starter with a creative POV and love for fashion storytelling Willingness to travel Your Background: 1-5 years of professional experience in video production/editing Bachelor’s degree in film/media/design is a plus, but not a deal-breaker Experience working with brands, content studios, or agencies is appreciated Strong understanding of social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) What We Offer: Competitive salary and creative freedom A chance to build a visual voice for a leading Indian fashion brand A fast-paced, collaborative work environment Access to in-house shoots, studios, stylists, and the real stories behind fashion Opportunities to work on campaign films, mini-docs, creator collabs & more
Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Fabric & Trim Sourcing (Woven Focus) Source and develop woven fabrics in sync with design requirements (cotton, viscose, rayon, etc.) Build and maintain a vendor network for consistent quality and competitive pricing Manage lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk fabric follow-ups Cross-Functional Coordination Be the main bridge between designers, sourcing, and production teams Follow up daily to ensure samples, fabric developments, and POs are progressing on time Print & Surface Development Coordinate with print vendors for design transfers, strike-off approvals, and corrections Ensure timely execution of digital/rotary prints, embroideries, and other embellishments Bulk Production Support Work with production teams to ensure smooth flow from design handover to bulk delivery Identify delays early, escalate issues, and ensure all targets are met Calendar Ownership Create, manage, and track collection launch calendars keeping all stakeholders aligned Ensure timely readiness of collections across seasons 37 years of experience in merchandising for apparel brands Strong technical knowledge of woven fabrics, printing, and trims Excellent follow-up, vendor negotiation, and team coordination skills Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with social media team and E-commerce team for product launches and campaigns Plan and organize photoshoots from schedluling to execution. Bring creative inputs to enhance brand presence online and offline. Open to travel candidates.
