Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technicians to join our hospital laboratory team. Candidates will be involved in conducting diagnostic tests, ensuring quality control, and assisting with routine lab procedures that support effective patient care. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, prepare, and process biological samples (e.g., blood, urine, tissue) for laboratory testing
• Perform diagnostic tests and analyses following standard protocols
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure test accuracy and compliance with lab standards
• Record and analyze test results with precision and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all hospital safety guidelines, lab protocols, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

OR

• M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

Note:

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
• Candidates with Diploma in Lab Technology or B.Voc degrees will not be considered
