Lab Manager - Automotive Lab (Lab handling previous role must)

Job Role -

• To act as overall in-charge for lab administration and quality management system of laboratory.
• Plan, organize and control daily operations of the laboratory.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets and company objectives while maintaining competence, integrity and quality in all its operations.
• To liaise with respective Business Head/Business Directors and Head Technical Governance and quality in implementation of all components of quality system and ensure that all testing activity takes place accordingly.
• Ensures compliance and support with applicable Safety laws, regulations, standards and guidelines relating to business operation
• Meet internal as well as external customer requirements in line with budgeted costs.
• Conduct Risk Assessment, HSE Audits and Job Safety Analysis

• Execute processes, template, checklist and guideline to ensure compliance with ISO 17025
• Good comprehension and analytical thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong documentation skills (implementing new and updating existing procedures and instructions).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to create a network within the organization to increase resource availability.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate on various technical and management levels.
• Ability to see the big picture and propose future tasks and projects that will continue to improve competence and value for the organization.
