Lab Business - Manager

Role & responsibilities

Drive diagnostic business growth by developing and managing a strong network of doctors, clinics, and nursing homes. Lead a field sales team to generate referrals for pathology, radiology, preventive health checkups, and home collection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand referral relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Achieve territory targets for diagnostic leads, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Territory Executives/Medical Representatives.
• Increase active referring doctors and improve referral productivity.
• Conduct regular doctor visits, engagement programs, CMEs, and promotional activities.
• Track doctor-wise referrals, conversions, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of sales experience in Diagnostics, Doctor Referral Business.
• Prior experience with diagnostic chains such as Thyrocare, Dr Lal Path Labs, SRL, Metropolis, Apollo Diagnostics, or similar organizations preferred.
