L3 – Senior UX/UI Designer

The Role

• Design comes before development — always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
• You own the end-to-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what’s designed works effectively in reality.
  

What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis — Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
• Wireframing — Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
• UI design — Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
• Prototyping — Developing interactive prototypes for validation
• Usability testing — Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
• Handoff to SDT — Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, and responsive/adaptive design.
• Strong understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS); familiarity with React or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• UI/UX design certification preferred.
