L2 Network Support Engineer

We are hiring for the position of L2 Network Support Engineer for our client location at Times Tower, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Position Details:

Job Title: L2 Network Support Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Times Tower, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Open Positions: 1

Must-Have Skills:

CCNA Certification (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching

Good understanding of VLAN, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with any two firewalls and WAN links

Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot network devices, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and WAN links.

Resolve LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, VPN, and connectivity issues.

Manage network incidents and tickets within defined SLAs.

Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.

Support firewall connectivity, wireless networks, and Zscaler.

Perform configuration backups, approved network changes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Ensure network availability for critical business and trading operations.

Escalate complex issues to the L3 team and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in stockbroking, BFSI, or trading environments.

Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
