We have an excellent opportunity for experienced 4G/5G Telecom Software Developers with a leading telecom and wireless technology organization.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Experience: 2 - 8 Years

Available Positions Choose the Role That Matches Your Experience

1. L1 Developer – Physical (PHY) Layer

- Expertise in LTE/5G NR Physical Layer, DSP and RF.

- Knowledge of MIMO, beamforming, modulation, channel coding, FFT/IFFT and signal processing.

- Experience in C/C++, PHY software development and real-time embedded systems.

- Knowledge of FPGA/ASIC/GPU acceleration and CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul is an advantage.

2. L2 Developer – MAC/RLC Layer

- Experience in MAC scheduling, RLC and PDCP protocol development for LTE/5G.

- Knowledge of HARQ, retransmissions, segmentation/reassembly, QoS and throughput optimisation.

- Strong C/C++ programming, debugging and system log analysis skills.

- Experience in 4G/5G base station software development is preferred.

3. L3 Developer – RRC/Control Plane

- Experience in RRC, PDCP and control-plane protocols, such as S1AP, X2AP, NGAP, F1AP or XnAP.

- Knowledge of LTE/5G procedures, including handovers, attach/registration, mobility management and dual connectivity.

- Strong C/C++ programming, state-machine design, protocol debugging and trace analysis skills.

- Experience with Wireshark, interoperability testing and 4G/5G RAN software development is advantageous.

Common Requirements:

- Strong understanding of 3GPP specifications and RAN architecture.

- Experience in software design, development, debugging and performance optimisation.

- Google Test Framework (GTF) knowledge is an added advantage.

- Experience with 4G/5G products, eNodeB/gNodeB or vRAN/O-RAN solutions is beneficial.
