About the Role: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Kyrios Digital Group, your main goal is to bring new clients and projects to the company. You will act as the bridge between the client and our technical team — identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and closing deals. This is a target-based role best suited for someone who is confident in communication, understands marketing and IT services, and can build strong business relationships. Your Main Responsibilities: 🔹 Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, Google, etc.), cold calling, or networking. Approach startups, small businesses, and established companies that require digital marketing, websites, or app development. Schedule and conduct client meetings (online or offline). 🔹 Sales & Pitching Understand the client’s business needs and explain how our services can help them grow. Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing based on their requirements. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. 🔹 Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with existing clients for renewals or upselling other services (like SEO or social media). Build long-term professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 🔹 Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales. Maintain proper documentation of all leads, calls, meetings, and deals in CRM or Excel. Report daily and weekly progress to management. Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English). Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and mobile apps. Self-driven, confident, and capable of working independently. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of using LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and other lead-generation tools. Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Business Development / Sales in IT or Digital Marketing (freshers with good communication can also apply). Role Overview As a PPC Executive at Kyrios Digital Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high ROI, quality leads, and consistent performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and conversions. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, extensions, and landing page strategies. Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting. Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Implement and manage conversion tracking , GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders. Coordinate with design, content, and SEO teams for campaign alignment. Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Paid Advertising. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager . Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager . Experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously. Good communication and reporting skills. Preferred (Good to Have) Google Ads / Meta certification. Experience in handling agency-level clients. Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
