We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage key administrative and client-facing functions, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete client order cycle, from order receipt to payment follow-up. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication. Maintain accurate client and transaction records within the CRM and financial systems. Handle bookkeeping and inventory tracking to support smooth operations. Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation for quality and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates demonstrating stability in prior roles. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM and bookkeeping software. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
