The role requires strong exposure to manufacturing finance, statutory compliance, budgeting, and strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall financial strategy, planning, and reporting Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory standards Oversee budget preparation, cost control, and financial performance monitoring Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and fund utilization Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and profitability Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on strategic planning and growth initiatives Monitor internal controls, audits, and risk management processes Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banks as required Provide MIS reports and financial insights to management Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of manufacturing / factory finance In-depth understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial regulations Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Additional Requirements Candidates with prior factory / manufacturing experience only Delhi NCR candidates must be willing to relocate to IMT Manesar Ability to work independently and lead finance operations end-to-end
