The responsibilities include overseeing daily production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, managing production schedules, and leading the production team. The Production Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Collaboration with other departments to address any operational challenges and to implement process improvements is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production processes, operations management, and quality control practices Experience in team leadership, staff training, and conflict resolution Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and optimizing production workflows Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Familiarity with food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the food or bakery industry is highly advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
