Bright Bars are produced through the cold drawing process, where steel is drawn at room temperature and then subjected to fine finishing operations such as: Annealing Turning Grinding Polishing These bars come in a variety of shapes such as: Round Flat Hexagon Square They are manufactured in various grades of steel based on specific industrial applications and often customized with exact chemical compositions to meet quality and performance standards. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end factory operations, focusing on cold drawing and bright bar manufacturing. Lead production planning, process improvement, manpower allocation, and daily operations. Supervise all finishing processes — annealing, grinding, turning, and polishing. Ensure adherence to dimensional tolerances and surface finish standards for various bar profiles. Coordinate with the quality team for metallurgical testing and chemical composition analysis. Maintain safety standards, preventive maintenance, and optimal machine utilization. Drive continuous process improvements to increase output and reduce production downtime. Interact with clients or internal stakeholders for technical specifications and delivery timelines.
