Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with daily operations at our law firm. The role involves handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining files, assisting lawyers and staff, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Key Responsibilities: Handle couriers & Post. Maintain client files and legal documents in an orderly manner Photocopying, scanning, and filing legal papers Support lawyers and office staff as needed Keep the office space neat and organized. Arrange tea/refreshments for staff and guests as required Requirements: Minimum HSC or Graduate Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and coordination skills Prior experience in a law firm or admin role (preferred but not mandatory)
