My BMW X5 got there for wheel alignment and balancing. Upon receiving the vehicle I found 1 screw in tyre to be less. The screw was earlier there. Upon contacting they simply refused to listen to me.

This is a stupid dealership. They dont even keep the AC on on sundays. Sunday is the day when most prospective buyers would come to the showroom and if you happen to be there on a sunday just be sure to suffocate. With this level of cost cutting I can imagine what they would do with your vehicle if you send it to them for repairs.
