Role Summary: Lead Kumari Fine Jewellery's BTL and outreach initiatives across all store locations from planning and partnerships to execution driving qualified walk-ins, brand recall, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage the monthly BTL calendar across all stores. Identify and tie up with corporate parks, hospitals, associations, clubs, restaurants, and lifestyle spaces for outreach programs. Build and maintain relationships with stylists, wedding planners, and key partners to generate referrals and collaborations. Handle all approvals, vendor coordination, setup, logistics, and team supervision for each activation. Track leads, footfall, and ROI for every event and campaign. Manage and guide Brand Activation Executives, ensuring on-ground brand standards and experience quality. Requirements: Graduate/MBA with 7 to 10 years of BTL or brand activation experience in premium retail. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Confident, well-presented, and able to represent a luxury jewellery brand in diverse environments.
