About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Shape and define the brand's identity, long-term vision, and strategic roadmap. 2. Lead community engagement initiatives with SHGs, women entrepreneurs, and artisans. 3. Drive product prototyping, testing, and refinement. 4. Collaborate on content creation, marketing strategies, and brand storytelling. 5. Contribute to pitching efforts for incubators, investors, and government partnerships. 6. Build and nurture a core team and establish a strong, purpose-driven company culture. Strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills. 5. Willing to take early-stage risk with a long-term vision 6. Prior experience with SHGs, food ventures, or grassroots projects is a plus.
