Key Responsibilities: Teach and mentor students in Graphic Design principles , visual communication , and industry-relevant tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects aligned with the institute’s curriculum. Demonstrate practical applications of design concepts through real-world projects. Conduct interactive workshops on branding, typography, layout design, and digital illustration. Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with latest design trends, software updates , and industry standards. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum content and teaching methodologies. Assist in organizing student exhibitions, design competitions, and portfolio reviews . Maintain discipline and engagement in the classroom. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
