As a Scientific Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote the company's products to doctors across various specialties. You will need to establish a strong understanding of all the products being promoted and effectively communicate this information during your interactions with customers. It is important to utilize your selling skills to generate demand and ensure that your actions align with the company's mission, vision, and values. You will be required to work closely with the scientific sales manager to execute the agreed-upon plan and provide regular feedback. Conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and group meetings as per the agreed schedule will also be part of your role. Additionally, you should focus on continuously updating your knowledge and skills to stay relevant in the field. Achieving sales targets and activity goals will be essential, along with developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on business and clinical interests. The successful candidate will be tasked with selling Dermo-cosmetic products to doctors from various specialties, necessitating a background in B-Pharma/B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, Botany) or consideration for MBA freshers. Fluency in English communication and a solid foundation in scientific knowledge are prerequisites for this role. The job is full-time and includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and provident fund.
