Role: Social Media & Content Associate Engagement Structure: Initial Evaluation Period of 15 Days→ Full-Time Internship Stipend After Evaluation: ₹3000/month + Incentives Location: Remote/Hybrid Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our social media channels • Create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and carousels • Design visuals using Canva or Photoshop • Build strong brand storytelling and consistency • Track insights and optimise content performance Ideal Candidate: • Creates clean, eye-catching visuals • Writes compelling, engaging content • Knows how to engage and convert the right audience Evaluation & Compensation: All new hires will go through an Initial Evaluation Period, where we assess creativity, consistency, communication, and execution quality.
