The Workshop Leader will design, plan, and deliver interactive and engaging workshops for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include preparing workshop materials, facilitating activities, providing guidance, and evaluating the effectiveness of sessions. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the workshops and contribute to educational content development. Qualifications Workshop facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills Skill in content development, customizing resources, and creating workshop materials Excellent communication (English and Malyalam) Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar platform
