We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will handle sales and purchase entries, maintain accounts records, assist in GST filing, manage stock data, and prepare reports for management. Key Responsibilities: Enter daily sales and purchase transactions Maintain books of accounts , cash and bank entries Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers Review and maintain stock / inventory records Prepare stock and reports for the owner Assist in GST return preparation and filing Reconcile GST, sales, purchase, and bank data Required Skills & Qualifications: Working knowledge of Tally Accounting Software Proficiency in MS Excel Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail Experience: 1–3 years of experience preferred Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
