About the Company: Krishna Tiles is a leading retailer of premium tiles and sanitaryware known for quality products and exceptional customer service. Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive who can engage customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in choosing the right tiles and sanitaryware. The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge , strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in customers and understand their design, budget, and functional requirements. Explain features, quality, and usage of various tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings . Provide product recommendations and help customers compare options. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order processing. Maintain showroom displays and ensure product sections are well-organized. Keep updated with new designs, brands, and product specifications. Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and architects. Required Skills & Experience: Prior experience in tiles / sanitaryware / hardware / building materials is preferred (not mandatory). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right products. Basic computer knowledge (billing, quotations, WhatsApp follow-ups). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers with interest in sales may also apply.
