Job Description Property Proposal Assignment: The respective manager will assign tasks to create property proposals based on client requirements. Requirement Understanding: The back office executive must thoroughly analyze and understand the given requirements with complete focus to ensure accuracy in proposal preparation. Proposal Preparation: Create a property proposal using the internal property database and conduct fresh searches on real estate platforms if needed. Property Availability Check: Confirm the availability of selected properties before finalizing the proposal. Finalizing the Proposal: Submit the completed proposal to the respective manager for review and necessary updates. After receiving approval, share the final proposal with the client. Sales Team Support: Provide backend assistance to the sales team to ensure smooth operations. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM software.
