Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site interior work. Ensure design plans are executed accurately and efficiently. Conduct regular site visits and report progress to project managers. Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and contractors. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Work closely with the design and sales teams to maintain brand consistency. Qualifications: Proven experience in interior supervision, construction, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage timelines, coordinate with multiple teams, and resolve on-site issues. Familiarity with interior design concepts and basic technical drawings.
