Immediate requirement for horticulture supervisor with 2 to 5 years experience to oversees daily horticultural operations to ensure healthy plant growth, attractive landscapes, and efficient use of resources. This role involves supervising staff, planning maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the work of horticulture staff and seasonal workers Plan, schedule, and oversee planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control Monitor plant health and diagnose diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies Ensure landscapes, gardens, or green spaces meet quality and aesthetic standards Train staff on proper horticultural techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures Maintain inventory of plants, tools, fertilizers, and supplies Operate and oversee the maintenance of horticultural equipment Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards Prepare reports on plant performance, labor, and material usage Assist with landscape design, renovation projects, and budget planning as needed Interested Candidate may ur resume to [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
