Key Responsibilities - Assemble and wire LT electrical control panels as per technical drawings - Read and interpret SLDs, GA diagrams, wiring schematics, and termination layouts - Lead and supervise junior technicians to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution - Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled panels - Maintain high standards of workmanship, wiring quality, and adherence to safety norms - Communicate clearly about project progress, challenges, and material requirements - Travel to client locations when required for on-site installation or support - Operate with discipline, ownership, and consistency in daily work Who We're Looking For - Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in electrical panel ,preferably with work exposure in companies like BHEL, L&T, or panel manufacturers - Qualification: ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Skills: - Strong understanding of electrical circuits and industrial control systems - Comfortable leading a team and working independently when required - Practical knowledge of wiring tools, panel assembly practices, and quality control - Capable of maintaining a safe and clean workspace What We Offer - A respectful and disciplined work culture - Timely salary and fair treatment - Real growth opportunity for consistent performers - Clear processes and expectations - no micromanagement
